• Create & Organize Recipes: Manually input personal recipes, including ingredients, instructions, and cooking tips.

• Convert Oven Instructions: Use the app’s photo-based feature to convert oven temperatures and durations into optimal air-fryer settings, leveraging AI technology.

• Generate Recipes with AI: Provide prompts or ingredient lists to receive AI-generated recipe ideas.

• Scan Products & Instructions: Use third-party AI (e.g., OpenAI) to parse and interpret packaging instructions, converting them for air fryer use.

All additional features or functionalities are governed by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

3. Data Privacy and Local Processing

Your privacy and data security are fundamental to our operations. To ensure compliance and transparency:

  1. Local Data Storage for Recipes and Cooking Times: Most user-created data (e.g., cooking times, manually entered recipes) is stored locally on your device, unless you opt to back it up or synchronize it via an optional account feature (if offered).

  2. AI Features and Third-Party Services: Certain functionalities (e.g., photo-based conversion, AI recipe generation) rely on third-party AI services such as OpenAI.   3. No Storage of Chat Data: We do not store, back up, or retain any chat-based data on our servers. Processing for insights or AI generation occurs either locally on your device or through secure third-party AI services.

  4. User Responsibility for Sharing: Any sharing of results or content generated by the app (e.g., AI-generated recipes, scanned instructions) is solely at your discretion, and Airfryer+ is not responsible for the consequences of such sharing.

  5. No Liability for Unauthorized Access: We are not liable for unauthorized access to your device or misuse of data caused by negligence, such as sharing exported data with others or failing to secure your device.

By using the Services, you agree that Airfryer+ is not responsible for any data breaches, losses, or misuse resulting from factors outside of our control, including user actions or third-party applications.
